is that a plot vs. S&P? There was an article I looked at a short time ago that said that such a divergence did not bode well for the entire market -- admittedly if you use relative strength as a guide (i.e. count on the bull continuing) it makes sense. I just feel fundamentally there are some good reasons to be hesitant -- the growth in credit has been phenomenal in these boom times -- I'd rather buy the banks after a prolonged downturn in which some are gone ... good luck. Is your time horizon months or weeks?
