As an SDLI shareholder, I'm kind of disappointed that the premium was only 50%. After all, even with that premium, JDSU said the acquisition will be accretive. I think they should have paid a 100% premium so that it would be a little dilutive <ggg>. Once people figure out how kick-ass SDLI is, I think they will realize JDSU is getting a good deal and the stock will start to move again. I guess even JDSU agreed with my original thesis about SDLI being relatively undervalued, and deserving to have at least 1/3 the market cap of JDSU> Message 13804625
