One could buy the Jan $60 2003 calls, and sell the Jan $140 2003 calls for a net cost of around $12. So if Q is over $140 [hope so :-)], one would reap net proceeds of $80 at the expiration date, a gain of 667% [$80/$12, excluding commish].
