Winspear [T.WSP] insider, John Greig, reported selling 80,000 shares to hold 645,000. Greig sold the shares between May 18 and
31 at prices ranging from $2.10 to $2.30.

DeBeers [DBRSY] recently offered to buy all of the outstanding shares of Winspear at $4.25 Even though market watchers say the
offer price is fair considering that Winspear's mine at Snap Lake is still in the early stages, the stock has shot through $4.25 to trade
at $4.65.
