Shaw -- Couldn't agree more with your statements in general - it is only when it is stated in a most obnoxious manner that it loses value for most. Time will tell with EXDS. OT -- Am wondering if I should lighten up a little on JDSU and buy more SDLI. They are both great companies, but SDLI has been simply awesome. Are you in these? Regards, Ivernia
