Scumbria, I make no comment about benchmarks one way or the other because everything I have read seems to indicate to me that they are meaningless. As Dave B has said, the overall system is the real deal and comparative system performance data on available real-world systems has favored RDRAM systems. As for me personally, I'm waiting until 1Q01 to start to look around to upgrade my 450 MHz PII. That 1.5+ MHz P4 will probably be my choice. As far as FUD is concerned, IMO it was the "U" today, that caused some sellers to get out. 10 million shares is still light volume compared to what we were getting on a day when there was more "F" than "U" in the FUD.
