Here is my take on these News and it's very positive for the stock...

1) 442,000 shares have been returned to Treasury, thereby reducing the Float to just above 1 Million shares and the outstanding to about 2.79 Millions shares...

2) The Shareholder's Equity of some $8.8 Millions, instead of being divided by 3.23 Millions shares to give a Book Value of $2.73, will now be divided by 2.79 Millions, thus raising the Book Value to $3.15/share...

3) A. Wolfson held some 594,000 shares on 7th April... Minus 442,000 shares, he would have some 152,000 shares left, or around 5%... I suspect that the number is actually substantially less, as I haven't reviewed all the latest Form 4 Filings...

4) A substantial debt of some $660,000 owed CYAA by Wolfson has now been extinguished on favorable terms and he is now longer in a position to damage the Company with his bad reputation...

I knew there would be a silver lining in this Dark Cloud...
