Completion of Oxford buyout is huge. NICM's time frames have been missed but they continue to execute a sound and fundamental business plan. The third quarter will be a major turning point for NICM. Oxford is just one of six companies that make up NICM.

Here is what I see so far this year:
2 acquisitions
Elimination of debt
SEC filing (waiting approval)
Sale of GFP for $2.5 million dollars

Here is what I'm looking for in next 30 days:
SEC approval and relisting to OTC:BB
Additional acquisitions
2nd quarter financials

Here is what I'm looking towards in the next 60 to 90 days:
Full disclosure about E-financial network and execution.
Merger with Boomers.com
IPO going to market
Shareholders meeting
Approval of New Board members

oxfordint.com
Oxford brings pride and honor as a sponsor of:
scoringforchildren.org
"The organization benefits three important Washington-area charities for critically-ill children."

How many penny stocks do that? First class company with the management to match. You can't ignore the facts.
