This is interesting: Email from NOK: I wrote: Audrey- Will NOK be signing a 3G licensing deal with QCOM or does IDCC have the patents you need. Audrey responded: Hi, Please see the attached press release, which discusses the relationship Nokia has with InterDigital. The terms of the agreement have not changed.
