Bob,

We're not able to duplicate this error. Is it still happening?

Just happened to be looking through my outbox and I could not find my reply to your post. Somehow it has just disappeared from the system ??? More on this below.

Yes, this same problem still occurs on demand. In one of my private portfolios, there is a symbol V. This is an invalid symbol. Trying to delete it from the portfolio will give you the error message.

Now for the rest of the story...

I got the PM this afternoon from SI (nice gesture IMO), so being in the midst of other things filed it so I could read and respond to it later.

Well when I went back later in the day to print up a copy ... well you guessed it ... the PM was nowhere to be found. Fortunately I was able to use the Back function in my browser and was able to get to it and bookmark it (in my browser) for future reference.

I then tried filing another PM from SI and got the same result. The folder I tried to same it under was pre-existing (prior to the database change that is).

While searching I also noticed that the public reply I thought I had sent, was not in the outbox either. I do recall replying to your post within 20 minutes. But I know I did not get any error messages when I posted my message back to you. I also used the preview and went back and forth between edit and preview mode couple times before posting (just as I am doing now). Otherwise there was nothing out of the ordinary. It is possible I did not click on the final Publish Message. I wish I could say this is repeatable, but you know how that goes...

Thanks for all of your efforts during these trying times.

Jim
