Some insider transactions of note:
Robert Cervoni sold 10,076 shares for $354,549 in March.
Peter Simone,a director, sold 12,500 of his 13,125 for $443,125 on 4/28. Of all the directors he held the least # of shares. He' s not getting my vote next year, some poeple on this thread may have more shares than he does now.
Of the 6,078,952 shares that are no longer restricted as of March 18th, 364,167 shares or 6% has been sold by insiders. Most of whom aremarginally affiliated with the company. Venture funds with large positions and insiders who work on the day to day operations of Cymer continue to hold the stock.
Given the bearish premises that CYMI is overvalued, faces copmetition, declining market share, slower DUV unit sales or other factors you wish to point out - should not insiders sales be higher? Perhaps they are being altuistic martrys or the future prospects of the company continue to be favorable. Granted a boatload could be being sold as of this writing, this is the most current stuff I could find. A crude estimate on my part sees cymer selling 125 DUVs at 430k for revenues of $53,750,000 2nd Q. This is based on past sales growth and was accurate this past Q, check my older posts. A net income of 12% rev gives $6,450,000 or about 0.42 a share. Current estimates are around .29-.30 a share. I'll knock a cent or two for the dollar. 0.40 is my target. Higher than most other est. but hey it worked last time.

Denis
