Hi, Mark! Thanks for your comments and your weekly updates, which are much appreciated. I do still care, as I know do you. It would be very, very interesting to know what's going through the minds of the money managers at this point and how the positions of the "value" guys have changed over the past few months - I suspect significantly. I frankly expected the proxies by now but have no idea how long the SEC approval process may take (perhaps our e-mails did some good after all? Who knows, but it is a pleasant thought.) The VRTS stock price sniffs a bit like manipulation (amidst all the software blow-ups and weakness in storage in general), but again, who knows. I also have no doubt that VRTS will announce a blow-out quarter and am suspicious that we may see proxies soon thereafter - not too cynical, am I? Take care, and thanks again. Trish
