Can someone tell me why corporate America would beat down doors to buy KANA products? I work for a small tech company which does government contracting. I am not really familiar with the functionality of KANA software. I came across KANA through a friend of mine who worked at Silknet (now merged with Kana). He thought highly of SILK. The stock was quietly, if briefly, spectacular. The authors at up-tic.com thought the merger would make a powerhouse of KANA in its field. Any comments on this? Why isn't this stock generating more discussion?
