ZDTV Announces Agreement With RealNetworks
ZDTV's Technology Programming Now Available Via ZDTV RealChannel In RealPlayer 8
SAN FRANCISCO, July 12 /PRNewswire/ -- ZDTV, the on-air and online network dedicated to digital lifestyle, today announced an agreement with RealNetworks®, Inc. (Nasdaq: RNWK - news) to create a default RealChannel(TM) on the Real.com(TM) Network. RealNetworks is the pioneer and recognized leader in media delivery on the Internet with more than 130 million unique registered users of RealPlayer®.
As a result of the relationship, ZDTV's unique and original technology programming will be featured prominently in the RealPlayer as a default channel, and on the Real.com Guide, RealNetworks' Web destination for content providers covering the latest in news, music, movies, sports and technology.
RealPlayer users will benefit from ZDTV's unique multi-platform approach. They will be able to enjoy segment packages of ZDTV's technology lifestyle programming via streaming audio and video. Users will also be driven to the ZDTV Web site (www.zdtv.com) where they can make full use of ZDTV's interactive services.

This gives sponsors a chance to directly hit their target audience
