Under terms of the deal, QEDI holders will receive 0.385 PMCS for each of their own, valuing offer at $75.63 per share. 08:55 ET PMC-Sierra (PMCS) 196 7/16: -- Update -- Morgan Stanley Dean Witter very positive on QEDI acquisition and raises price target from $225 to $250 in anticipation of strong earnings on Thursday. ...........
