Really good news! Confirmation of the trends I hoped NETP would follow. Sell to thousands - big and small - through third party-alliances and partnerships and through online ASP. Also move more decisively to being a one-stop provider of solutions. The best and most substantive announcement in a long time (however the market reacts to it in the short-term). It also gives a clue to future directions and strategy. I particularly like the clarity and profundity of this statement by Snyder: ``I've watched personalization grow in just a few years from an exciting concept that we helped define to an essential ingredient for e-commerce,'' said Steven Snyder, Net Perceptions CEO. ``We see the Network as a way of delivering core business intelligence and personalized marketing capabilities to a much larger market. It meets the needs of large companies seeking a faster ramp time and those of medium and smaller businesses that don't have the resources to invest in owning and maintaining software on site. And the ASP model provides great flexibility for quickly adding channels as they are developed.''
