NARI Announces New Management Team
SCANDIA, Minn., Jun 30, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- North American Resorts, Inc. (OTCBB: NARI chart, msgs), today announced that the existing board of directors has resigned and a new board has been elected.
The biographies of the incoming Directors and Management team are below.
Management expects to announce their corporate vision for NARI in an upcoming conference call. The timing of the call will be announced via Business Wire several days ahead of the scheduled call.
Mr. Ben Traub

Mr. Traub is the former President/CEO of Phoenix Resources Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: PRTI chart, msgs) and CEO of Cyclone Financing Group Inc., the private venture equity firm responsible for incubating PRTI. He is also founder and former President/CEO of IMAGEnation Media Corp., one of Western Canada's largest direct marketing agencies. He has taught advanced courses in relationship marketing at Simon Fraser University in cooperation with the Federal Business Development Bank and has taught his proprietary and innovative marketing techniques to thousands of senior marketing executives. He has produced a cassette and video series entitled 'How to Build a Million Dollar Marketing Plan' and has written dozens of articles and two mini books on the same subject. He is a former Sales Manager for a marketing arm of MacLean Hunter and the former Marketing Director of Consumers Publishing. Ben is also the current active Chairman of PRTI.

Ms. Luthy brings over 20 years of well-rounded accounting and securities experience to the Company including: four years with a private management company, where she was responsible for the accounting/administrative functions of six public companies and a private management company, as well as filings for the public companies with the SEC; three years with Seaboard Auto Leasing; and three years with International Medical Systems in San Mateo as an Accountant. Ms Luthy graduated from San Jose State University, San Jose, California, with a B.S. in Accounting/Finance. Ms. Luthy is also a Director of PRTI.

As former Vice President of Phoenix Resources Technologies Inc. (PRTI) Mr. Seitz brings with him several years of experience in bringing start-up companies to market through the public markets. He has also done extensive work on the setup and design of e-commerce web sites and has developed many relationships within the high tech and investment industry. Mr. Seitz will use his experience in communications, financing, and public startups to aid the Company in this crucial incubation phase.
