I agree with you on the inactivity, it just makes the stock a market makers playground. I would expect volume to pick up the closer MedImmune comes to producing its own drugs. I also wonder if some investors shy away after getting burned by the last drop to $3. That drop was instigated by a lack of understanding by the market regarding an FDA decision. Once the quick traders were shaken out the stock strengthened.

I think in the long run, MedImmune will produce strong gains, based on the fact that they do have a product in demand combined with products in the pipeline.
