I own jdsu and sdli so I've obviously been following that deal closely. Now comes this one with pmcs. I wonder if it is coincidence that both deals get announced just before earnings. I have to believe that we are going to see spectacular earnings reports from all of these companies and they have announced the deals now on purpose, knowing that great earnings will make the acquisition prices look more reasonable. What a great scenario if true. I hope I'm right. Ken
