Steve, Regarding the Lexar Media registration statement... I feel happy that my discussion with the IR people at Simple Technology lead to the removal of their name from Lexar's list of relabellers. See this older post... Message 12919248 As I have mentioned earlier it would appear that others in the industry are avoiding Lexar like the plague... Message 13369885 The question comes up as to what controller Lexar is using in their MemoryStick product and whether they plan to indemnify Sony as well if this is the same controller in question currently in the SanDisk litigation. Ausdauer SanDisk...the plot thickens.
