There is a good chance of getting rid of the IRS if Republicans pushed for it. That would be the first major hurdle and should be the most important part of the campaign. CATS idea should be implemented. If G. W. Bush is really visionary and really wants to capture the American people's imagination, create excitement and stir up the media into a frenzy, why doesn't he campaign about that? Hmmmmm?
