Cajuns call crawdads "mudbugs" They have some great mudbug recipes. Crawdad tastes like shrimp with even more flavor and a firmer texture. There was an interesting article in today's Austin paper. It seems that Junior George's policies have spent up the state surplus (even the tobacco settlement money) and we are looking at deficits even though the economy is the best ever. What leadership!? The story was pulled from the newspaper web page (the texas papers are big Bush supporters). I'll see if I can find an alternative link or if it is picked up by another newsource. TP austin360.com
