Theodore, if you haven't done so already, I highly recomend you check out the following link, which describes a very similar problem to the one you are experiencing. It turned out to be that a flash bios update was needed to get eveything up and running. Also, according to Davis, MTech has a wonderful tech support department so you might want to give them a call.
