B: Talk Visual Unveils World's First Videocalling Website Signup; Offers
Private and Commercial Videocall Bridging Services

MIAMI, Jul 12, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- (OTC-BB: TVCP). TALK VISUAL CORPORATION
announced today the launch of the world's first website for companies,
individuals and institutions which are, or wish to be, video-calling enabled.
PHASE ONE of the website opens this morning at 11:00 AM at the unique web
address www.videocallme.com.

The new website membership site permits institutions, individuals and
corporations to obtain exceptionally low-cost ISDN rates for videocall bridging
services worldwide. The website sign-up will shortly allow members to SEARCH A
COMPREHENSIVE DATABASE in order to a) locate origination and termination points
for calls; and b) find like-minded individuals, with similar interests and
inclinations, to "see and hear" each other, using low-cost domestic and
international ISDN or IP connectivity.

The bridging technology, provided by RADvision of Israel, allows the Company to
connect - or "bridge" - the many thousands of legacy ISDN-based equipment
worldwide with "newer" IP-based desktop computers configured for videocalling.
It also bridges ISDN-to-ISDN videocalls. The unique service is operator
mediated, and is available around the clock and around the world. The operator
service will be launched on or before the first of August, 2000 and will be
available via inbound toll-free "800"-based service domestically within the
U.S., and by 128K dual-channel ISDN country code + area code access outside the
U.S. Talk Visual operators will assist all inbound video-callers with
arrangements for domestic and international videocalls by finding terminating
locations and providing quotations for launching low-cost worldwide videocalls.

From Company headquarters in Miami, Florida, President and CEO Eugene Rosov said
today "our new website, designed for desktop/computer video IP-users and
commercial/public/private ISDN locations, allows us to bridge - worldwide - any
ISDN videoconference unit to any IP or ISDN video-enabled desktop system in the
world - or vice-versa. We anticipate the sign-up of thousands of users who will
enjoy vastly reduced ISDN rates by using our bridging service to quickly, easily
and with excellent quality SEE AND HEAR one another around the world. This
website represents our PHASE ONE effort in this field. We anticipate a
continuing and rapid development of the website as the market responds to our
offerings."

The Company charges 99 cents per minute for bridging an inbound videocall
(either ISDN or IP) to any ISDN or (static) IP location in the United States. A
per-call setup fee of $3.00 (for domestic U.S. and Canada videocalls) to $5.00
(international calls) is assessed. Talk Visual operators will arrange and set up
calls between the endpoints for all customers.

The website sign-up service is TOTALLY FREE, and is available to public
videocall rooms, private and public corporations, and individuals worldwide.

Michael J. Zwebner, Talk Visual's Chairman, said today "Talk Visual Corporation
is moving quickly to create a host of new videocall opportunities worldwide. We
wish to link millions of desktop video units, with static or dynamic IP
addresses, with the thousands of existing ISDN-based systems deployed worldwide.
It is a huge market. We will continue to demonstrate implementation leadership
in the commercialization of customer service and emerging technologies. Our next
step in PHASE TWO will be to offer the providers of equipment the ability to
present their competitively priced products to our clients - both private
individuals and corporate buyers - on our website, or linked to their websites."
