Where is it stated that anyone does? The only inalienable rights mentioned are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. In any case, it is a sound inference: at the time of the Founding, and before, it was conceded that duly constituted authority had the power to tax, and therefore it is impossible that one has an inalienable, or absolute, right to wealth or property. I will get you the relevant Biblical citation in a moment.......
