Richard, LPTHA/LPTH was a nice ride from $7 to $70. . .back to $13 and now $48. . . but it is hardly over. Most everyone here is holding out for $1 billion market cap. . . and possibly much more in a takeover bid.

There are plenty of "new" optical broadband plays. .. but very few of them have viable products that the big fibre optics companies want or need. And none of them have the staff, products and connections of LPTH. . . . at least none under $100. . . . .although soon we'll need to take some near-term profits again.

So, while there may be some "me too" plays that are cheaper. . . LPTH is our little Cisco/Intel/JDSU. . . .the one that we put away at $7 bucks. . . when everyone thought we were nuts. . . and would short it from $10. . . and build a wall at $15. . . and slam it at $25. . . and bash it at $35. . .

So now that it is once again staring at the other side of $50. . . it may be finally garnering the attention of the street. And with the blow away earnings that I expect to see from Corning, the entire fibre optic and optical broadband sector could STILL see a major surge northward. . .from where we sit today.

Finding a super stock is not necessarily about mania, speculation or momentum . . . as much as it is about homework, patience and quality.
