Looks like two dozen residences, plus one that looks like business (GMCOM). I called the business, and I got an answering machine message that sounded like a residence rather than a business. So, I would say it's definitely an apartment building. Apparently one of the people living in this apartment building is providing a maildrop for ZERO: 555-1212.com
