Do you really think that is possible? I don't like dubya, but I can't stand the Al Gore proposal of USA (Universal Savings Accounts), being paid by taxpayers. Personally, I think it is all electioneering, and whichever one of those bozo's gets in, won't be able to do much. Congress will see to that.
