NBCI is a nice speculation here at this point if nothing else..... The hourly chart is constructive, the daily chart has a gap north of 18 that should eventually be filled, even if only on a bear market rally, and the weekly chart is extremely oversold. Not for "widows and orphans" in my opinion, but a nice one for "gamblers" to take a chance on at this point.....
