LU's problem is that they are not firing on all cyclinders
like CSCO and NT are.... LU's numbers and direction
are not comparable at the moment.

remember LU has a really massive market cap, and so you
expect more from a company to retain that mkt cap.

SUNW and EMC are executing and have bigger caps.

we need to see Lu's earnings, revenue growth, margins,
how is optical progressing for them.

It's that big spin-off that is the concern, go re-read that
research piece from yesterday, I highlighted the
spinoff issues.

that is causing upheaval and bruising company employees.

some senior managers will longer work for LU, but the buggy
whip company we are blowing out so we can get back on
track. think about all the personal relationships and
the division of have and have nots.

that's the limitation of legacy corporate cultures.

ask Jorjie.... you need to have a dynamic corporate culture.
