TB, I like them boiled, in gumbo, or fried as "popcorn" dads. I stayed at a Holiday Inn in Lafayette, to go to the horse track there, and in the bar, they served popcorn dads with the drinks, an a bowl as large as a max mixing bowl. They were scrumptious, but made the drinks go down too fast. Of course, that was the intent of the management. ~H~
