SHPS, I expect a lot of interesting News...
will come out when the Reverse Merger closes sometime in the near future... I have a hunch that the much admired Reverse
Mergers of INVT and YNOT/FRLK may pale in comparison to the potential of this one... To my understanding, they have four
areas of potential Profits generation:
+ VoIP to China with capacity expanding to 30 Millions minutes and beyond...
+ Wireless Loops to provide the "last mile" tie-in between the Optic Fiber cables and the end users with Broad-Band needs,
mainly high-tech Corporations, local and foreign in specially established Free-Zone Parks in China...
+ Automatic Utility Meters Reading and Transmission by Wireless, probably to be extended to include home security, as
well...
+ Dr Lee will start directing a Lab for AccessTel in 2001... He has over 18 Wireless patents and is involved in the
development of 3G (Third Generation) Wireless... It's fair to assume that the technology produced there will have serious
commercial applications that could potentially lead to the creation and spin-off of subsidiaries...

Technology Officer for Airtouch Communications, recently acquired by Vodaphone. He has over thirty-five years of wireless
telecommunications experience and is a member of several wireless standards committees in the U.S. and Asia. Dr. Lee is
the author of multiple books regarding wireless technologies, particularly CDMA, TDMA, GSM, DSS1800, PCS, and CDPD.
He was Chairman of the Third Generation World Wireless Conference hosted in New Orleans earlier this year. Dr. Lee will
continue to advise the Company on a consultant basis and will provide AccessTel with its’ strategic direction. Dr. Lee will
