Michael,

I'm not aware of any negatives on OEI. I have been buying more stock when the stock falls below $13.00. It seems to have good support around $13.00. I think the stock will do well after another quarter of operating results are seen. OEI was a little like SFS, due to their prior mergers, the new companies are somewhat undiscovered. OEI has great prospects for future growth, their finding cost are about average with their peers, and they replaced over 500% of their production last year for a 42% increase in reserves. It's one of the few stocks I didn't sell yesterday.

Jim
