It's the distribution announced on June 29th sharenet.co.za GOLD FIELDS OF SOUTH AFRICA LIMITED DISTRIBUTION IN ANTICIPATION OF WINDING-UP THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF GFSA HAS RESOLVED TO MAKE A CASH DISTRIBUTION OF 825 CENTS PER SHARE, AGGREGATING R941 121 926,25, TO SHAREHOLDERS REGISTERED AT THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS ON FRIDAY 14 JULY 2000. THE DISTRIBUTION IS BEING MADE IN ANTICIPATION OF THE PROPOSED MEMBERS' VOLUNTARY WINDING-UP OF GFSA IN TERMS OF SECTIONS 349 AND 350 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1973 (ACT 61 OF 1973), AS AMENDED.
