That's about one out of 12? And how many want to leave, but haven't bothered to sign up because the list is ridiculously long?

It's pretty sad when so many people are desparate to leave their homeland .. it must be a real hellhole.

Of course, you will always have lunatics, deviants, wastrels and vagabonds who actually enjoy living in Cuba.
