Hey Gary, still think CSCO is going to eat NT's lunch as you so often predicted? Is the stodgy, "old-world" Telco vendor caving into the mighty CSCO machine? Where is CSCO in all these exciting IPO's, takeovers, contract announcements, in the Optics space? You would think with their billions of acquisitions, they might have something to show for it? And by the way, why buy Italtel? Any clues? I thought CSCO would never acquire old stodgy telco vendors? But then, just maybe CSCO realizes it doesn't know enough about Telecom to penetrate the Carrier market..........wow -- took Chambers long enough to recognize such a simple obvious fact. Well, for a company that professes to move at the speed of light, i think they've missed a boat on really taking a serious run at the back-bone core networking space by not acquiring a serious wireless/switch vendor like ALA or NT when they had the chance few years ago. As Chambers said many times ........... You Snooze & You Lose!
