"MedCare to Raise $5 Million in Equity and Plans to List on the Nasdaq Small Cap Market" :

I talk to Terry Johnson today. There is no fundamental change with the Company. MedCare is actively going ahead with their plans to open more clinics and to get listed on NASDAQ.

Personally I see this down turn as a buying opportunity and bought some today.
