I'm certain I said this 2 or more years ago on this thread.

God Forbid anyone buys out PMCS! But, it's not a great worry, Mr. Bailey seems reasonably ambitious.

To the thread in general: I'm always skeptical of the prostitutes (er uh analysts) enthusiastic praise of merger transactions.....think about the massive deal fees, secondary offerings, yada yada yada. They don't get $2 million a year for $0.03 per share brokerage commissions.

Says the analyst to the john "It's the biggest one I've ever seen!"
