If you have not yet asked a question to a company using the Wall Street Transcript, here is an example of a HE question asked by someone and the company response. The response appears much more complete than one would get just by asking directly. IMO more care is given to the answers since they are published on line. BTW I thought the question was intelligent and well put. <g>.
