Why? What aspect of the merger makes it more likely that the product will be adopted at a faster rate than if the merger hadn't taken place?

Mike,

The new outlets that TV-Guide will not provide should help in this way. Now, this is no guarantee that the tornado will ever occur, but I think it might help.
