I would think that was the main reason for the merger. To create a powerhouse strong enough to spurn a tornado.
TVGIA will open the doors to the last obstructionists, the cable companies. The EPG will now be everywhere from settop boxes to the majority of cable systems. This will start the chain reaction of higher viewer awarness of the existance of EPGs which will in turn spurn higher sales of EPG equipped TVs which will spurn higher add revenues and round and round it will go until the tornado forms.

I would view a lack of a tornado formation a total failure of management and from what I've come to learn of Henry that ain't likely to happen.
