It started REDBACK NETWORKS INC with a buy rating, TELLABS with a buy rating, TURNSTONE SYSTEMS INC with a buy rating, COPPER MOUNTAIN NETWORKS INC with a buy rating, CARRIER ACCESS CORP with a buy rating, ADTRAN INC with a buy rating, EFFICIENT NETWORKS INC with a strong buy rating, ADVANCED FIBRE COMMUNICATIONS with a strong buy rating and ADC TELECOMMUNICATIONS INC with a strong buy rating.
