Stew, I want to thank you for sharing your due diligence with everyone on this and the G&K board. GMST has been a significant holding in my portfolio for over a year. I never really tried to understand the different properties owned by TV Guide until now. But since the merger is done, it's time to evaluate TV Guide's assets, revenues and margins. I remember someone on this board did this analysis some time back and concluded that TV Guide needed to divest some of the low margin business. If anyone can point me to that series of posts, I will appreciate it. Thanks also to MB, UF and all other contributors on this board for sharing. Piyush
