APH used to be the second largest connector manufacturer, since AMP was taken out by TYCO, I think that they have exploited the pains of transition at AMP and got well positioned. They also have an activity in optical connectors, flexible connectors and flexible PCB. Thei PE is very low and the possibility of their being taken out great IMHO. Zeev
