If you can't beat 'em sue 'em. Old world style strategy. Fact is if the company's in question have been using NT patented technology and established market share and NT ignored it until they succeeded then NT will lose. NT needs to be vigilant in excersing patent rights. VMEbus technology has been around a long time and NT should have notified those companies of infringement at the time (or near the time) of availability. It'll be interesting to watch. OG
