Morris and Uplink - I daily read yahoo and ragingbull boards. The talk is that the CAPS should be completed by the end of the year and the ad campaign will start in August. We must remember that Mirror Image was a good year behind AKAM and ISLD. Plus, Mirror Image is deploying large sized systems rather than the thousands of small sized PC servers that its competitors are.

I fully understand the frustration that no significant news has been announced. Please remember that this is not the speculative market is was the last two years. A LU or CPQ announcement does not move this stock. Last year the stock would make bigs moves upward. So Longs must wait for the CAP deployment to be finished and customers signed.

Obviously a number of major bleeding-edge companies such as LU, CPQ, HWP and EXDS among others feel that Mirror Image has promising technology. The GLBX-EXDS news today is very encouraging. XLA-Mirror Image is tied to EXDS.

I can not promise what next year's stock price will be. Given Mirror Image's connections, Vik shrewd business sense and the increasing importance of the Internet, I am happy with my investment. It easily can go bust but it easily can go skyward. The Mirror CAP architecture could be crap and then again it could be the "best thing since slice bread".

This is the risk, this is the investment, this is the gamble.
