Something to think about:

The PR projects $75 million in revenues and $8.25 Million in earnings for this year. The management continually states they are on track to meet this goal.

What does this tell us?

We know that Oxford will be supplying $3 million of that earning number this year based on the most recent PR (remember Oxford gets the other $3 million so earnings is $6 million). That is where it gets interesting if you read between the lines IMO. From the same PR we can asume that Oxford will double the number next year to $12 million in earnings. Now what does this tell us? It tells us that NICM will get $5.25 million in Earnings somewhere else this year. We could all guess but it would be speculation but NICA, Acquisitions, the IPO, etc. come to mind. If this is reoccurring earnings (such as annuities) then that means we should have $17.25 earnings next year ($12 + 5.25) or 0.26 per share.

This is just my interpretation of this and you may interpret it how you'd like. Just something to think about.
