Yes a suit filed by COII would be nice to open a discovery process that COII and Johnston certainly won't come out of very clean. Johnston is a thief and a crook and letherman (his old fraud partner) is also involved in the scam known as COII. Hey davey, how them kids doin in manhatten beach? Don't you know it is illegal to funnel money/shares to yourself thru separate entities without disclosing such relationships. You are a criminal CEO Johnston.
