Is IDC going to get any revenues from 3G. Right now I'd have to answer "no".

You'd have to answer "no" ? Please explain what your decision is based upon.

Technically speaking, Marvin, IDCC is already receiving revenues from 3G. Nokia has paid (is paying) IDCC for their part in a joint 3G development project. I believe that fits into your description of any revenue.

Add to that, IDCC has publicly stated they expect to have SoC designs available in time for the rollout of 3G systems. They have stated some of their patented inventions are officially part of the new 3G standard. And they have stated they anticipate signing 3G-related patent licensing agreements by the end of this year, and even more next year.

Of course, I am eager to read your thoughts on why none of IDCC's stated goals will come to fruition and/or how the 3G development project with Nokia is really just a hoax.

Don't leave me waiting too long, Marvin.
