Interesting that will all the b2c hype in the last year elbo never was recognized for their potential, despite the fact that ebworld.com is a real business and a well designed site to boot. Certianly some upside potential exists due to their ongoing development here.
I've been pleasently surprised with elbo's strength (and rapid bounce), since their earnings warning. I haven't flipped any this go around (got a bit in the 13 range during the panic sell off). I suspect that ELBO will see a earnings acceleration following the PSII launch should Sony's read on the demand (gearing up for 10mil units per year) on the market be correct. The churn in machines should light a fire under sales of new software (I also got THDO when it sold off on the earnings warning).
I think it'll be a very Merry X-mass for the players in the video game segment, with the agressive developers of new titles (eg thdo being my play) have some excellent long term potential due to the high earnings leverage from increasing volume.
